The IRON HORSE 7000SC2 Scraper Seat for Caterpillar Scrapers - Low Profile Bracket.Features the exclusive SUPER DUTY 500 lb rated suspension for scrapers. It's the "800lb Gorilla" of air suspensions - period. Constructed of 7 gauge steel, upper and lower suspension plates. The levers are 3/8" thick steel! Smooth riding, built to last and Made in the USA. The optional adjustable damper is a must to accommodate a wide range of users. Fitted with a heavy duty barrel seat. Direct bolt-in replacement for CAT Scraper Seats. Meets or exceeds all OEM quality standards. Pull Tested & Complies with SAE J386.

Important! Many aftermarket seat suppliers do not pull test and validate their scraper seats. IRON HORSE Scraper Seats are engineered for scraper applications. Our scraper seats are pulled to a 3740 lb. load with tethers as required by the SAE J386 standard. To prove the standalone strength of our design, we then remove the tethers and repull the seat to the same 3740 lbs. and re-pass the test. You can have confidence that our seats are up to the challenge. We don’t simply add a bracket and call it a scraper seat.
