Note 1:

• For trucks fitted with bucket seats from factory, seat belts are bolted to floor. OK to use.
• For trucks fitted with bench seats or 40/20/40 seats seat belts are bolted to floor but do not have the support sleeve like trucks fitted with factory bucket seats. These seat belts with the support sleeve can be purchased from your local Ford Dealer.

Note 2:

• For trucks fitted with suspension seats from the factory, re-attach factory tethers and seat belts to the National seat using supplied seat belt bracket.
• For trucks fitted with bucket seats or bench seats from the factory, seat belts are mounted to floor. OK to use.
